1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Netrigo Store website at netrigogames.store ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and early members who access or use the Site.

2. Description of Service

Netrigo Store is a pre-launch gaming merchandise platform currently in its early access phase. At this stage, the Site:

• Collects email addresses for launch notifications and early access
• Registers founding members with priority access upon launch
• Provides information about upcoming product drops and collections

The full e-commerce functionality, including product listings and checkout, has not yet launched. No purchases can be made at this time. By registering, you acknowledge that you are expressing interest in future products and are not entering into a purchase agreement.

3. Early Access Registration

When you register as a founding member, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information, including your name and email address
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials assigned to you
• Not register multiple accounts to gain unfair early access advantages
• Notify us at support@netrigogames.store if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your registration

Founding member status is non-transferable. We reserve the right to revoke early access in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, design elements, and the overall look and feel — is the exclusive property of Netrigo and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent.

"Netrigo", "Netrigo Store", "Blood & Silence", "The Vault", and associated marks are trademarks or unregistered trademarks of Netrigo. Unauthorized use of these marks is prohibited.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Scrape, harvest, or collect user data from the Site without authorization

• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

Product images, descriptions, and pricing shown are indicative and subject to change prior to the official launch.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Netrigo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of (or inability to use) the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the preceding twelve months (which, during the pre-launch phase, is zero).

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Istanbul, Turkey.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
